The 2011 Marco Polo – ZHENG He Academy provides an overview of the Chinese legal system with a focus on Chinese maritime law and policy. The 2011 Academy is divided into two sessions, the Program (Shanghai) is sponsored by the KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and will be held in the Xuhui Campus of the University, which locates in the commercial center of Xuhui district of Shanghai, and the Program (Xiamen) is sponsored by the Law School of Xiamen University. The applicant can apply for one or both programs.

Notes:
*Applicants should be certificated with English fluency (as measured by TOEFL or any similar evaluations).
*Classes are arranged from 8:30 to 12:30 every Monday to Friday.
*There will be no test, unless any students who would need to get a certificate of grade. Then he should ask the teacher to give him a test, and if pass it, he would be given a certificate of grade. Others get only a certificate of attendance at the end of the program.
We also have another Summer Academy in Shanghai with different courses.
