¡ïDr. Kening Zhang,Dr. Kening Zhang is currently Senior Legal Officer of the International Seabed Authority, based in Kingston, Jamaica. He joined the Secretariat of Authority in 1997, and has been involved in the establishment of legal regime of deep seabed mining and general legal works of the Authority ever since.
